Talent Manager - Light Industrial
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial roles such as production workers, assembly line workers, warehouse personnel, forklift operators, and machine operators
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to assess their skills, experience, safety record, and fit for the desired light industrial positions
- Maintain an active pipeline of pre-qualified candidates ready to fill open positions on short notice
- Collaborate closely with plant managers and supervisors to understand current and future staffing needs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for light industrial roles, including job postings, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires
- Build and cultivate a strong network of potential light industrial candidates through job fairs, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Monitor hiring metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve recruiting efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor regulations, and best practices for light industrial talent acquisition

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong understanding of workflows, equipment, and terminology used in light industrial settings
- Ability to quickly assess candidate skills and experience to match them to the right job openings
- Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with both hiring managers and job seekers
- Resourceful and creative sourcing skills to find qualified light industrial talent
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies
