About the Company: Join the family business that was established in 1987 and we are currently celebrating their 35th year of crafting and renovating pools. Based out of Kansas City and have renovated over 150 pools a year in Kansas City and across the US. Scope of Work: Learn the trades and skills to master renovations and reconstructions of commercial and residential pools. Tasks include material handling, digging, equipment handling, and other tasks for resurfacing projects as trained. Must be able to lift 100lbs Must be able to work under all conditions such as heat, cold, rain Eager to learn and open to growth opportunities Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - Finish (some weekends on busy season) *Travel opportunities available furnished with accommodations and a per diem Pay: $18.00/hr + opportunity for growth Benefits: Full Medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, and disabilities insurance offered - Vacation pay - 401K - Grab and go breakfast and lunches made by a nutriation chef -Team events
