Warehouse Leads - Lenexa, KS Team Lead is responsible for the operations team and accountable for time keeping, safety, and quality. Must effectively facilitate team shift connection points, coordinate communication within and across production areas between clients at site and Alliance Workforce Pay: • Starting at $16.00/hr Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Environment • Open, temperature controlled warehouse Responsibilities • Trainable, cross trained in different areas • Team oriented • Can maintain production and performance standards • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed • Basic math • Ability to work overtime, as required
