Packing/Leads - Kansas City, Missouri Multiple openings Temporary production associate will be cross trained in picking, packing, hand loading and unloading, repacking, assembly, kitting and labeling Team Lead is responsible for the operations team and accountable for time keeping, safety, quality. Engagement, and operating results for their respective shift. Must effectively facilitate team shift connection points, coordinate communication within and across production areas between clients at site and Alliance Workforce. Pay: • Starting at $16.00 - $16.50/hr Schedule: Packers Weekend 6:00 am - 6:00 pm 6:00 pm - 6:00 am Leads Monday through Friday 3rd shift 10:00 pm - 6:30 am Environment • Assembly line • Temperature Control warehouse Responsibilities • Trainable, cross trained in different areas • Team oriented • Can maintain production and performance standards • Food Safety and Product quality training
