Ana Caballero began her journey with Alliance Workforce more than 20 years ago. She began as a Front Office Talent Manager, and then in 2013 she grew into the Payroll Department and is now our Back Office Manager. She learned so much in all positions and developed well-rounded knowledge in strategy and business in general. Although it was never easy, Ana is not afraid of any challenge. Ana is proud to belong to the Alliance’s family and is looking forward to seeing the new generation bring ideas, courage, enthusiasm, and much more opportunities to grow.
