Juan is a seasoned Talent Manager for Alliance, he has been a big part of our team for over five years. Juan considers himself the WOLF of the central office. Juan’s favorite thing about his job is seeing candidates grow as professionals and impacting his community through his work. His goal for the next five years is to grow with Alliance into a leadership role and mentoring new employees and continue impacting the Kansas City community in a positive direction.
